Service Description

Note: Amount of images taken are dependent on the size of the property. Terms and Conditions: Our goal to make your property look its best. Please go through this checklist and complete the steps that apply to your home before your appointment. - Both the interior and exterior of home should be “show ready” before the photographer arrives. - We are not responsible for the staging of your home. Please contact your listing agent for staging guidance. - Remove all vehicles from driveway and move trash containers into garage or pull to curb. - Turn off all ceiling fans. Turn on all lights including overhead lights and table lamps.
 - Check all light fixtures for burned out bulbs and replace bulbs if needed. - Open window curtains and blinds horizontally or lift completely. - Remove all personal items from counters and bathrooms. Photo shoots will take approximately 2 hours depending on property size. All major furnished rooms of the house will be photographed, including all bathrooms. Unfinished areas or small closets will not be photographed unless otherwise requested by the agent or owner. These would be perfect places to store items removed for the photography session. Remember to remove all items that you do not wish to see in the photograph, drone aerials, or video walkthrough. The goal is to make every room look as clean and open as possible. It is required that the house being photographed be in a "showable" state upon arrival. If the house is not in a "showable" state, we will inquire about rescheduling. Properties that are booked in a “non-showable” state are subject to reschedule. If no reply is heard within an hour of the appointment, the full amount of the appointment will be kept, and there is no promise of any media to be delivered. Houses scheduled to be shot in a “non-showable” state in which the client has not replied to our reschedule inquiry are not eligible for reshoot or refund. Clients that provide incorrect addresses are required to reschedule their appointment. Photographer's schedules are designed to accommodate multiple listings a day, and incorrect addresses result in unnecessary delays that affect start time of subsequent appointments.
